Injection Molding Release Masterbatch is a high-performance functional additive designed specifically for PET and PETG injection molding applications. It is formulated using high-quality release agents and dispersion technology to improve material flowability during molding while effectively preventing mold sticking issues that commonly occur in PET/PETG processing. When added during the injection molding process, this masterbatch forms a uniform lubricating interface between the molten polymer and the mold surface, allowing molded parts to release smoothly without deformation or surface damage. In addition to improving demolding efficiency, it also provides mild yellowing reduction, helping enhance the visual quality of transparent or light-colored PET and PETG products. With stable thermal resistance and excellent compatibility with PET-based materials, this masterbatch is widely used in high-precision injection molded components, transparent housings, packaging containers, and various PET/PETG plastic parts requiring improved processing performance.
