PLA Filler Masterbatch for 3D Printing is a functional filler additive designed for PLA filament production through extrusion processing. It improves surface print quality, significantly increases printing speed, enhances toughness and impact resistance, reduces shrinkage, and improves dimensional stability. The masterbatch is compatible with a wide range of mainstream 3D printing equipment, ensuring smoother printing performance and higher production efficiency. It is suitable for manufacturing PLA 3D printing filaments used in models, figurines, art decorations, holiday ornaments, jewelry, accessories, educational models, robotic components, and other 3D-printed products. The carrier is PE/PP, with a density of 1.50–1.70 g/cm³ and a melting point of 160–180°C.The recommended addition rate is 20–30%.
